Profiling

The first step before signing a contract with Perfect Migration Agency Limited is to analyze your profile. You will need to complete a customer information form and provide us with your Curriculum Vitae/CV. We will review this information and provide you with a profile analysis, as well as suggestions for the immigration program offered by Immigration and Citizenship Canada that best matches your profile through our dedicated and experienced results-oriented Canadian Immigration Lawyers.

Job search

The worker program allows you to come to Canada directly with a job offer and the support of a Canadian employer. The employer will have already selected you after a virtual interview.

Employment contract

If your application is accepted by an employer, they will make you a job offer and we can begin the immigration process for you. We first work with the employer to get the company approved by the Canadian government, then we move on to filing for your work permit. The worker program leads to a closed work permit generally offered for 2 years but renewable in Canada.

Immigration procedure

Once your application fulfills all government requirements such as having all the necessary documents including biometrics and medical examination if necessary, it will be processed and if approved you will receive an approval letter stating that you are authorized to work in Canada. This letter is called the Port of Entry Introduction Letter.

Obtaining a Freme work permit

You must bring letter of introduction from port of entry with you when traveling to Canada and present it at the point of entry. This letter is not valid as a work permit, as it will be issued at the port of entry on the day you arrive in Canada.

Your work permit will specify the type of work you can do, the employer you can work for, where you can work, and for how long.

We are a private company and don’t get any consignations or financial backing from our local government to operate our office, therefore we are charging our clients for the services we provide for them.

Registering a company, preparing documents for a residence permit, or any other visa documentation requires our time and involves a lot of professional legal work to be done at our side. Which sometimes might look simple for clients who doesn’t see how much hard work and dedication our back office puts in each case. Along with case processing there are involved and government, notary, translators and other fees which has to be covered.

We have to cover all expenses related with the case and assure that our lawyers will get paid for the job they are doing, for this reason all our fees has to be prepaid in advance before starting to work on a clients case.

We do not provide services free of charge and we do not start working on a case without a prepayment received.
